We are centrally located in historic West Adams/Jefferson Park nestled between USC/Downtown & Culver City.
You will enter and check in with keypads and WiFi password (free during your stay).
Inside you will find a refrigerator, a Keurig coffee maker, central heat and air conditioning, and a 42″ flat screen plasma tv with access to over-the-air HD TV, Hulu and Netflix. The unit is part of a duplex. You will be in the lower unit on the ground floor. I’ll be upstairs, in case you need anything.
The ultra-clean full bathroom with shower, is stocked with towels and a hairdryer.
Includes 2 gated parking spots, plus there is ample free street parking directly in front of the house. (Street cleaning Wednesdays 7:30-9:30am.) I’m a technology dork, so you can enjoy super fast internet, Ring video doorbells, Nest thermostat, keypad to enter driveway and front door.

Located in the very center of LA, this historic neighborhood is a 5 minutes from USC.An elementary school is across the street, so safety here is taken seriously. Super close to USC, downtown, the new LA Rams Stadium, Staples Center, the Coliseum, and the new George Lucas Museum.
Enjoy the convenience of our location, we are less than 10 minutes from USC, Exposition Park (Current home of the LA Rams), and Downtown. And about 15-20 minutes from Hollywood, the Grove, LACMA, La Brea Tar Pits, Beverly Hills, Culver City and Hollywood.
We’re 20-30 minutes away from UCLA, Universal Studios, several beach cities (including, Santa Monica, Venice, and Marina Del Rey), the Getty Museum and the airport (LAX).

The Metro Rail Line is a 10 minute walk. The new Expo Line can take you to the Beach or Downtown areas. You can also grab a bus, Uber or Lyft, or hop on an e-scooter (if you download the app).
