This home is the lower unit of a quiet duplex with its own private entrance and complete privacy.
You’ll have full access to the entire lower unit and private backyard. Feel free to enjoy the garden and pick fresh lemons or oranges. Parking is gated and reserved just for you.
I live quietly upstairs and am always available if you need anything — but your space is completely private.
